bring us up from Egypt? but now the LORD hath forsaken
us, and delivered us into the {hands} of the Midianites.
hands <JUG7 -2> And the LORD said unto Gideon, The people that
[are]
with thee [are] too many for me to give the Midianites into their
{hands}, lest Israel vaunt themselves against me, saying, Mine
own
hand hath saved me.
hands <JUG7 -11> And thou shalt hear what they say; and afterward
shall thine {hands} be strengthened to go down unto the host.
Then
went he down with Phurah his servant unto the outside of the

give bread unto thy men [that are] weary?
hands <JUG8 -34> And the children of Israel remembered not the
LORD
their God, who had delivered them out of the {hands} of all their

with
Jerubbaal and his house, and have done unto him according to the

Ammon
to fight against them; and the LORD delivered them into his
{hands}.
hands <JUG12 -2> And Jephthah said unto them, I and my people
were
at great strife with the children of Ammon; and when I called
you,
ye delivered me not out of their {hands}.
hands <JUG12 -3> And when I saw that ye delivered [me] not, I
put my
life in my {hands}, and passed over against the children of
Ammon,
and the LORD delivered them into my hand: wherefore then are ye
come
up unto me this day, to fight against me?
hands <JUG13 -23> But his wife said unto him, If the LORD were

hands <JUG14 -9> And he took thereof in his {hands}, and went on

ds}.

and
her {hands} [were] upon the threshold.
hands <1SA5 -4> And when they arose early on the morrow morning,
behold, Dagon [was] fallen upon his face to the ground before the
ark of the LORD; and the head of Dagon and both the palms of his
{hands} [were] cut off upon the threshold; only [the stump
of] Dagon was left to him.
hands <1SA7 -14> And the cities which the Philistines had taken
from
Israel were restored to Israel, from Ekron even unto Gath; and

Philistines. And there was peace between Israel and the Amo
rites.
hands <1SA10 -4> And they will salute thee, and give thee two
[loaves] of bread; which thou shalt receive of their {hands}.

pieces, and sent [them] throughout all the coasts of Israel by

the fear of the LORD fell on the people, and they came out with
one
consent.

Amalekites,
and delivered Israel out of the {hands} of them that spoiled

hands <1SA17 -47> And all this assembly shall know that the LORD
saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle [is] the LORD's,
and
he will give you into our {hands}.
hands <1SA21 -13> And he changed his behaviour before them, and
feigned himself mad in their {hands}, and scrabbled on the doors
of
the gate, and let his spittle fall down upon his beard.
hands <1SA30 -15> And David said to him, Canst thou bring me
down to
this company? And he said, Swear unto me by God, that thou wilt
neither kill me, nor deliver me into the {hands} of my master,
and I
will bring thee down to this company.
hands <2SA2 -7> Therefore now let your {hands} be strengthened,
and
be ye valiant: for your master Saul is dead, and also the house
of
Judah have anointed me king over them.

buried [it] in the sepulchre of Abner in Hebron.
hands <2SA16 -21> And Ahithophel said unto Absalom, Go in unto
thy

all
Israel shall hear that thou art abhorred of thy father: then
shall
the {hands} of all that [are] with thee be strong.
hands <2SA21 -9> And he delivered them into the {hands} of the
Gibeonites, and they hanged them in the hill before the LORD: and

harvest.
hands <2SA22 -21> The LORD rewarded me according to my
righteousness: according to the cleanness of my {hands} hath he
recompensed me.
hands <2SA22 -35> He teacheth my {hands} to war; so that a bow of
steel is broken by mine arms.
hands <2SA23 -6> But [the sons] of Belial [shall be] all of them
as
thorns thrust away, because they cannot be taken with {hands}:
hands <1KI8 -22> And Solomon stood before the altar of the LORD
in
the presence of all the congregation of Israel, and spread forth
his
{hands} toward heaven:
hands <1KI8 -38> What prayer and supplication soever be [made] by
any man, [or] by all thy people Israel, which shall know every
man
the plague of his own heart, and spread forth his {hands} toward
this house:
hands <1KI8 -54> And it was [so], that when Solomon had made an

in provoking him to anger with the work of his {hands}
, in being like the house of Jeroboam; and because he killed him.
hands <2KI3 -11> But Jehoshaphat said, [Is there] not here a
prophet
of the LORD, that we may inquire of the LORD by him? And one of
the
king of Israel's servants answered and said, Here [is] Elisha the
son of Shaphat, which poured water on the {hands} of
Elijah.
hands <2KI4 -34> And he went up, and lay upon the child, and put

[he that letteth him go], his life [shall be] for the life o
f him.
hands <2KI11 -12> And he brought forth the king's son, and put
the
crown upon him, and [gave him] the testimony; and they made him
king, and anointed him; and they clapped their {hands}, and said,
God save the king.
hands <2KI11 -16> And they laid {hands} on her; and she went by
the
way by the which the horses came into the king's house: and there
was she slain.
hands <2KI12 -11> And they gave the money, being told, into the
{hands} of them that did the work, that had the oversight of the
house of the LORD: and they laid it out to the carpenters and
builders, that wrought upon the house of the LORD,
hands <2KI13 -16> And he said to the king of Israel, Put thine
hand
upon the bow. And he put his hand [upon it]: and Elisha put his
hands upon the king's {hands}.
hands <2KI13 -16> And he said to the king of Israel, Put thine
hand
upon the bow. And he put his hand [upon it]: and Elisha put his
{hands} upon the king's hands.
hands <2KI19 -18> And have cast their gods into the fire: for
they
[were] no gods, but the work of men's {hands}, wood and stone:
therefore they have destroyed them.
hands <2KI22 -17> Because they have forsaken me, and have burned
incense unto other gods, that they might provoke me to anger with
all the works of their {hands}; therefore my wrath shall be
kindled
against this place, and shall not be quenched.
hands <1CH12 -17> And David went out to meet them, and answered
and
said unto them, If ye be come peaceably unto me to help me, mine
heart shall be knit unto you: but if [ye be come] to betray me to
mine enemies, seeing [there is] no wrong in mine {hands}
, the God of our fathers look [thereon], and rebuke [it].
hands <1CH25 -2> Of the sons of Asaph; Zaccur, and Joseph, and
Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the {hands} of
Asaph, which prophesied according to the order of the king.
hands <1CH25 -3> Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and
Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the
{hands} of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to
give thanks and to praise the LORD.
hands <1CH25 -6> All these [were] under the {hands} of their
father
for song [in] the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries,
and
harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the
king's
order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.
hands <1CH29 -5> The gold for [things] of gold, and the silver
for
[things] of silver, and for all manner of work [to be made] by
the
{hands} of artificers. And who [then] is willing to consecrate
his
service this day unto the LORD?
hands <2CH6 -4> And he said, Blessed [be] the LORD God of Israel,
who hath with his {hands} fulfilled [that] which he spake with
his
mouth to my father David, saying,
hands <2CH6 -12> And he stood before the altar of the LORD in the
presence of all the congregation of Israel, and spread forth his
{hands}:
hands <2CH6 -13> For Solomon had made a brazen scaffold, of five
cubits long, and five cubits broad, and three cubits high, and
had
set it in the midst of the court: and upon it he stood, and
kneeled
down upon his knees before all the congregation of Isra
el, and spread forth his {hands} toward heaven,
hands <2CH6 -29> Then] what prayer [or] what supplication soever
shall be made of any man, or of all thy people Israel, when every
one shall know his own sore and his own grief, and shall spread
forth his {hands} in this house:
hands <2CH8 -18> And Huram sent him by the {hands} of his
servants
ships, and servants that had knowledge of the sea; and they went
with the servants of Solomon to Ophir, and took thence four
hundred
and fifty talents of gold, and brought [them] to king S
olomon.
hands <2CH12 -10> Instead of which king Rehoboam made shields of
brass, and committed [them] to the {hands} of the chief of the
guard, that kept the entrance of the king's house.
hands <2CH15 -7> Be ye strong therefore, and let not your
{hands} be
weak: for your work shall be rewarded.
hands <2CH23 -15> So they laid {hands} on her; and when she was
come
to the entering of the horse gate by the king's house, they slew
her
there.
hands <2CH29 -23> And they brought forth the he goats [for] the
sin
offering before the king and the congregation; and they laid
their
{hands} upon them:
hands <2CH32 -19> And they spake against the God of Jerusalem, as
against the gods of the people of the earth, [which were] the
work
of the {hands} of man.
hands <2CH34 -25> Because they have forsaken me, and have burned
incense unto other gods, that they might provoke me to anger with
all the works of their {hands}; therefore my wrath shall be
poured
out upon this place, and shall not be quenched.
hands <2CH35 -11> And they killed the passover, and the priests
sprinkled [the blood] from their {hands}, and the Levites flayed
[them].
hands <EZR1 -6> And all they that [were] about them strengthened
their {hands} with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and
with beasts, and with precious things, beside all [that] was
willingly offered.
hands <EZR4 -4> Then the people of the land weakened the {hands}
of
the people of Judah, and troubled them in building,
hands <EZR5 -8> Be it known unto the king, that we went into the
province of Judea, to the house of the great God, which is
builded
with great stones, and timber is laid in the walls, and this work
goeth fast on, and prospereth in their {hands}.
hands <EZR6 -22> And kept the feast of unleavened bread seven
days
with joy: for the LORD had made them joyful, and turned the
heart of
the king of Assyria unto them, to strengthen their {hands} in the
work of the house of God, the God of Israel.
hands <EZR9 -5> And at the evening sacrifice I arose up from my
heaviness; and having rent my garment and my mantle, I fell upon
my
knees, and spread out my {hands} unto the LORD my God,
hands <EZR10 -19> And they gave their {hands} that they would put
away their wives; and [being] guilty, [they offered] a ram of the
flock for their trespass.
hands <NEH2 -18> Then I told them of the hand of my God which was
good upon me; as also the king's words that he had spoken unto
me.
And they said, Let us rise up and build. So they strengthened
their
{hands} for [this] good [work].
hands <NEH4 -17> They which builded on the wall, and they that
bare
burdens, with those that laded, [every one] with one of his
{hands}
wrought in the work, and with the other [hand] held a weapon.
hands <NEH6 -9> For they all made us afraid, saying, Their hands
shall be weakened from the work, that it be not done. Now
therefore,
[O God], strengthen my {hands}.
hands <NEH6 -9> For they all made us afraid, saying, Their
{hands}
shall be weakened from the work, that it be not done. Now
therefore,
[O God], strengthen my hands.
hands <NEH8 -6> And Ezra blessed the LORD, the great God. And all
the people answered, Amen, Amen, with lifting up their {hands}:
and
they bowed their heads, and worshipped the LORD with [their]
faces
to the ground.
hands <NEH9 -24> So the children went in and possessed the land,
and
thou subduedst before them the inhabitants of the land, the
Canaanites, and gavest them into their {hands}, with their kings,
and the people of the land, that they might do with them as
they would.
hands <NEH13 -21> Then I testified against them, and said unto
them,
Why lodge ye about the wall? if ye do [so] again, I will lay
{hands}
on you. From that time forth came they no [more] on the sabbath.
hands <EST3 -6> And he thought scorn to lay {hands} on Mordecai
alone; for they had showed him the people of Mordecai: wherefore
Haman sought to destroy all the Jews that [were] throughout the
whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, [even] the people of Mordecai.
hands <EST3 -9> If it please the king, let it be written that
they
may be destroyed: and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver
to
the {hands} of those that have the charge of the business, to
bring
[it] into the king's treasuries.
hands <EST9 -16> But the other Jews that [were] in the king's
provinces gathered themselves together, and stood for their
lives,
and had rest from their enemies, and slew of their foes seventy
and
five thousand, but they laid not their {hands} on the prey
,
hands <JOB1 -10> Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about
his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast
blessed the work of his {hands}, and his substance is increased
in
the land.
hands <JOB4 -3> Behold, thou hast instructed many, and thou hast
strengthened the weak {hands}.
hands <JOB5 -12> He disappointeth the devices of the crafty, so
that
their {hands} cannot perform [their] enterprise.
hands <JOB5 -18> For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth,
and his {hands} make whole.
hands <JOB9 -30> If I wash myself with snow water, and make my
{hands} never so clean;
hands <JOB10 -3> Is it] good unto thee that thou shouldest
oppress,
that thou shouldest despise the work of thine {hands}, and shine
upon the counsel of the wicked?
hands <JOB10 -8> Thine {hands} have made me and fashioned me
together round about; yet thou dost destroy me.
hands <JOB11 -13> If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out
thine
{hands} toward him;
hands <JOB14 -15> Thou shalt call, and I will answer thee: thou
wilt
have a desire to the work of thine {hands}.
hands <JOB16 -11> God hath delivered me to the ungodly, and
turned
me over into the {hands} of the wicked.
hands <JOB16 -17> Not for [any] injustice in mine {hands}: also
my
prayer [is] pure.
hands <JOB17 -3> Lay down now, put me in a surety with thee; who
[is] he [that] will strike {hands} with me?
hands <JOB17 -9> The righteous also shall hold on his way, and he
that hath clean {hands} shall be stronger and stronger.
hands <JOB20 -10> His children shall seek to please the poor, and
his {hands} shall restore their goods.
hands <JOB22 -30> He shall deliver the island of the innocent:
and
it is delivered by the pureness of thine {hands}.
hands <JOB27 -23> Men] shall clap their {hands} at him, and shall
hiss him out of his place.
hands <JOB30 -2> Yea, whereto [might] the strength of their
{hands}
[profit] me, in whom old age was perished?
hands <JOB31 -7> If my step hath turned out of the way, and mine
heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to
mine
{hands};
hands <JOB34 -19> How much less to him] that accepteth not the
persons of princes, nor regardeth the rich more than the poor?
for
they all [are] the work of his {hands}.
hands <JOB34 -37> For he addeth rebellion unto his sin, he
clappeth
[his {hands}] among us, and multiplieth his words against God.
hands <PSA7 -3> O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there be
iniquity in my {hands};
hands <PSA8 -6> Thou madest him to have dominion over the works
of
thy {hands}; thou hast put all [things] under his feet:
hands <PSA9 -16> The LORD is known [by] the judgment [which] he
executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own {hands}.
Higgaion. Selah.
hands <PSA18 -20> The LORD rewarded me according to my
righteousness; according to the cleanness of my {hands} hath he
recompensed me.
hands <PSA18 -24> Therefore hath the LORD recompensed me
according
to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my {hands} in
his
eyesight.
hands <PSA18 -34> He teacheth my {hands} to war, so that a bow of
steel is broken by mine arms.
hands <PSA22 -16> For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the
wicked have enclosed me: they pierced my {hands} and my feet.
hands <PSA24 -4> He that hath clean {hands}, and a pure heart;
who
hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
hands <PSA26 -6> I will wash mine {hands} in innocency: so will I
compass thine altar, O LORD:
hands <PSA26 -10> In whose {hands} [is] mischief, and their right
hand is full of bribes.
hands <PSA28 -2> Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry
unto
thee, when I lift up my {hands} toward thy holy oracle.
hands <PSA28 -4> Give them according to their deeds, and
according
to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work
of
their {hands}; render to them their desert.
hands <PSA28 -5> Because they regard not the works of the LORD,
nor
the operation of his {hands}, he shall destroy them, and not
build
them up.
hands <PSA44 -20> If we have forgotten the name of our God, or
stretched out our {hands} to a strange god;
hands <PSA47 -1> To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of
Korah. O clap your {hands}, all ye people; shout unto God with
the
voice of triumph.
hands <PSA55 -20> He hath put forth his {hands} against such as
be
at peace with him: he hath broken his covenant.
hands <PSA58 -2> Yea, in heart ye work wickedness; ye weigh the
violence of your {hands} in the earth.
hands <PSA63 -4> Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will
lift up
my {hands} in thy name.
hands <PSA68 -31> Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall
soon stretch out her {hands} unto God.
hands <PSA73 -13> Verily I have cleansed my heart [in] vain, and
washed my {hands} in innocency.
hands <PSA76 -5> The stouthearted are spoiled, they have slept
their
sleep: and none of the men of might have found their {hands}.
hands <PSA78 -72> So he fed them according to the integrity of
his
heart; and guided them by the skilfulness of his {hands}.
hands <PSA81 -6> I removed his shoulder from the burden: his
{hands}
were delivered from the pots.
hands <PSA88 -9> Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: LORD,
I
have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my {hands} unto
thee.
hands <PSA90 -17> And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon
us:
and establish thou the work of our {hands} upon us; yea, the
work of
our hands establish thou it.
hands <PSA90 -17> And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon
us:
and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work
of
our {hands} establish thou it.
hands <PSA91 -12> They shall bear thee up in [their] {hands},
lest
thou dash thy foot against a stone.
hands <PSA92 -4> For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy
work:
I will triumph in the works of thy {hands}.
hands <PSA95 -5> The sea [is] his, and he made it: and his
{hands}
formed the dry [land].
hands <PSA98 -8> Let the floods clap [their] {hands}: let the
hills
be joyful together
hands <PSA102 -25> Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the
earth: and the heavens [are] the work of thy {hands}.
hands <PSA111 -7> The works of his {hands} [are] verity and
judgment; all his commandments [are] sure.
hands <PSA115 -4> Their idols [are] silver and gold, the work of
men's {hands}.
hands <PSA115 -7> They have {hands}, but they handle not: feet
have
they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.
hands <PSA119 -48> My {hands} also will I lift up unto thy
commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy
statutes.
hands <PSA119 -73> JOD. Thy {hands} have made me and fashioned
me:
give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.
hands <PSA125 -3> For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon
the
lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their {hands}
unto iniquity.
hands <PSA128 -2> For thou shalt eat the labour of thine {hands}:
happy [shalt] thou [be], and [it shall be] well with thee.
hands <PSA134 -2> Lift up your {hands} [in] the sanctuary, and
bless
the LORD.
hands <PSA135 -15> The idols of the heathen [are] silver and
gold,
the work of men's {hands}.
hands <PSA138 -8> The LORD will perfect [that which] concerneth
me:
thy mercy, O LORD, [endureth] for ever: forsake not the works of
thine own {hands}.
hands <PSA140 -4> Keep me, O LORD, from the {hands} of the
wicked;
preserve me from the violent man; who have purposed to overthrow
my
goings.
hands <PSA141 -2> Let my prayer be set forth before thee [as]
incense; [and] the lifting up of my {hands} [as] the evening
sacrifice.
hands <PSA143 -5> I remember the days of old; I meditate on all
thy
works; I muse on the work of thy {hands}.
hands <PSA143 -6> I stretch forth my {hands} unto thee: my soul
[thirsteth] after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.
hands <PSA144 -1> A Psalm] of David. Blessed [be] the LORD my
strength, which teacheth my {hands} to war, [and] my fingers to
fight:
hands <PRO6 -10> Yet] a little sleep, a little slumber, a little
folding of the {hands} to sleep:
hands <PRO6 -17> A proud look, a lying tongue, and {hands} that
shed
innocent blood,
hands <PRO12 -14> A man shall be satisfied with good by the
fruit of
[his] mouth: and the recompense of a man's {hands} shall be
rendered
unto him.
hands <PRO14 -1> Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the
foolish plucketh it down with her {hands}.
hands <PRO17 -18> A man void of understanding striketh {hands},
[and] becometh surety in the presence of his friend.
hands <PRO21 -25> The desire of the slothful killeth him; for his
{hands} refuse to labour.
hands <PRO22 -26> Be not thou [one] of them that strike {hands},
[or] of them that are sureties for debts.
hands <PRO24 -33> Yet] a little sleep, a little slumber, a little
folding of the {hands} to sleep:
hands <PRO30 -28> The spider taketh hold with her {hands}, and
is in
kings' palaces.
hands <PRO31 -13> She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh
willingly
with her {hands}.
hands <PRO31 -16> She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with
the
fruit of her {hands} she planteth a vineyard.
hands <PRO31 -19> She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her
{hands} hold the distaff.
hands <PRO31 -19> She layeth her {hands} to the spindle, and her
hands hold the distaff.
hands <PRO31 -20> She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea,
she
reacheth forth her {hands} to the needy.
hands <PRO31 -31> Give her of the fruit of her {hands}; and let
her
own works praise her in the gates.
hands <ECC2 -11> Then I looked on all the works that my {hands}
had
wrought, and on the labour that I had laboured to do: and,
behold,
all [was] vanity and vexation of spirit, and [there was] no
profit
under the sun.
hands <ECC4 -5> The fool foldeth his {hands} together, and eateth
his own flesh.
hands <ECC4 -6> Better [is] an handful [with] quietness, than
both
the {hands} full [with] travail and vexation of spirit.
hands <ECC5 -6> Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin;
neither say thou before the angel, that it [was] an error:
wherefore
should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine
{hands}?
hands <ECC7 -26> And I find more bitter than death the woman,
whose
heart [is] snares and nets, [and] her {hands} [as] bands: whoso
pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be
taken by
her.
hands <ECC10 -18> By much slothfulness the building decayeth; and
through idleness of the {hands} the house droppeth through.
hands <SON5 -5> I rose up to open to my beloved; and my {hands}
dropped [with] myrrh, and my fingers [with] sweet smelling myrrh,
upon the handles of the lock.
hands <SON5 -14> His {hands} [are as] gold rings set with the
beryl:
his belly [is as] bright ivory overlaid [with] sapphires.
hands <SON7 -1> How beautiful are thy feet with shoes, O prince's
daughter! the joints of thy thighs [are] like jewels, the work of
the {hands} of a cunning workman.
hands <ISA1 -15> And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide
mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not
hear:
your {hands} are full of blood.
hands <ISA1 -15> And when ye spread forth your {hands}, I will
hide
mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not
hear:
your hands are full of blood.
hands <ISA2 -8> Their land also is full of idols; they worship
the
work of their own {hands}, that which their own fingers have
made:
hands <ISA3 -11> Woe unto the wicked! [it shall be] ill [with
him]:
for the reward of his {hands} shall be given him.
hands <ISA5 -12> And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and
pipe,
and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of
the
LORD, neither consider the operation of his {hands}.
hands <ISA13 -7> Therefore shall all {hands} be faint, and every
man's heart shall melt:
hands <ISA17 -8> And he shall not look to the altars, the work of
his {hands}, neither shall respect [that] which his fingers have
made, either the groves, or the images.
hands <ISA19 -25> Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying,
Blessed [be] Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my {hands},
and Israel mine inheritance.
hands <ISA25 -11> And he shall spread forth his hands in the
midst
of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth [his {hands}] to
swim:
and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of
their hands.
hands <ISA25 -11> And he shall spread forth his hands in the
midst
of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth [his hands] to swim:
and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of
their {hands}.
hands <ISA25 -11> And he shall spread forth his {hands} in the
midst
of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth [his hands] to swim:
and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of
their hands.
hands <ISA29 -23> But when he seeth his children, the work of
mine
{hands}, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and
sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.
hands <ISA31 -7> For in that day every man shall cast away his
idols
of silver, and his idols of gold, which your own {hands} have
made
unto you [for] a sin.
hands <ISA33 -15> He that walketh righteously, and speaketh
uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that
shaketh
his {hands} from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from
hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil;
hands <ISA35 -3> Strengthen ye the weak {hands}, and confirm the
feeble knees.
hands <ISA37 -19> And have cast their gods into the fire: for
they
[were] no gods, but the work of men's {hands}, wood and stone:
therefore they have destroyed them.
hands <ISA45 -9> Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! [Let]
the potsherd [strive] with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the
clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy
work,
He hath no {hands}?
hands <ISA45 -11> Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel,
and
his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and
concerning the work of my {hands} command ye me.
hands <ISA45 -12> I have made the earth, and created man upon it:
I,
[even] my {hands}, have stretched out the heavens, and all their
host have I commanded.
hands <ISA49 -16> Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of
[my]
{hands}; thy walls [are] continually before me.
hands <ISA55 -12> For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth
with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before
you
into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap [their]
{hands}.
hands <ISA59 -3> For your {hands} are defiled with blood, and
your
fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue
hath
muttered perverseness.
hands <ISA59 -6> Their webs shall not become garments, neither
shall
they cover themselves with their works: their works [are] works
of
iniquity, and the act of violence [is] in their {hands}.
hands <ISA60 -21> Thy people also [shall be] all righteous: they
shall inherit the land for ever, the branch of my planting, the
work
of my {hands}, that I may be glorified.
hands <ISA65 -2> I have spread out my {hands} all the day unto a
rebellious people, which walketh in a way [that was] not good,
after
their own thoughts;
hands <ISA65 -22> They shall not build, and another inhabit; they
shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree [are]
the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work
of
their {hands}.
hands <JER1 -16> And I will utter my judgments against them
touching
all their wickedness, who have forsaken me, and have burned
incense
unto other gods, and worshipped the works of their own {hands}.
hands <JER2 -37> Yea, thou shalt go forth from him, and thine
{hands} upon thine head: for the LORD hath rejected thy
confidences,
and thou shalt not prosper in them.
hands <JER4 -31> For I have heard a voice as of a woman in
travail,
[and] the anguish as of her that bringeth forth her first child,
the
voice of the daughter of Zion, [that] bewaileth herself, [that]
spreadeth her {hands}, [saying], Woe [is] me now! for
my soul is wearied because of murderers.
hands <JER6 -24> We have heard the fame thereof: our {hands} wax
feeble: anguish hath taken hold of us, [and] pain, as of a woman
in
travail.
hands <JER10 -3> For the customs of the people [are] vain: for
[one]
cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the {hands} of the
workman, with the ax.
hands <JER10 -9> Silver spread into plates is brought from
Tarshish,
and gold from Uphaz, the work of the workman, and of the {hands}
of
the founder: blue and purple [is] their clothing: they [are] all
the
work of cunning [men].
hands <JER19 -7> And I will make void the counsel of Judah and
Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the
sword
before their enemies, and by the {hands} of them that seek their
lives: and their carcases will I give to be meat for the fo
wls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.
hands <JER21 -4> Thus saith the LORD God of Israel; Behold, I
will
turn back the weapons of war that [are] in your {hands},
wherewith
ye fight against the king of Babylon, and [against] the
Chaldeans,
which besiege you without the walls, and I will assemb
le them into the midst of this city.
hands <JER23 -14> I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem
an
horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they
strengthen also the {hands} of evildoers, that none doth return
from
his wickedness: they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and
the inhabitants thereof as Gomorrah.
hands <JER25 -6> And go not after other gods to serve them, and
to
worship them, and provoke me not to anger with the works of your
{hands}; and I will do you no hurt.
hands <JER25 -7> Yet ye have not hearkened unto me, saith the
LORD;
that ye might provoke me to anger with the works of your {hands}
to
your own hurt.
hands <JER25 -14> For many nations and great kings shall serve
themselves of them also: and I will recompense them according to
their deeds, and according to the works of their own {hands}.
hands <JER30 -6> Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail
with
child? wherefore do I see every man with his {hands} on his
loins,
as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?
hands <JER32 -30> For the children of Israel and the children of
Judah have only done evil before me from their youth: for the
children of Israel have only provoked me to anger with the work
of
their {hands}, saith the LORD.
hands <JER33 -13> In the cities of the mountains, in the cities
of
the vale, and in the cities of the south, and in the land of
Benjamin, and in the places about Jerusalem, and in the cities of
Judah, shall the flocks pass again under the {hands} of him t
hat telleth [them], saith the LORD.
hands <JER38 -4> Therefore the princes said unto the king, We
beseech thee, let this man be put to death: for thus he weakeneth
the hands of the men of war that remain in this city, and the
{hands} of all the people, in speaking such words unto them: for
this man seeketh not the welfare of this people, but the hurt.
hands <JER38 -4> Therefore the princes said unto the king, We
beseech thee, let this man be put to death: for thus he weakeneth
the {hands} of the men of war that remain in this city, and the
hands of all the people, in speaking such words unto them: for
this man seeketh not the welfare of this people, but the hurt.
hands <JER44 -8> In that ye provoke me unto wrath with the works
of
your {hands}, burning incense unto other gods in the land of
Egypt,
whither ye be gone to dwell, that ye might cut yourselves off,
and
that ye might be a curse and a reproach among all th
e nations of the earth?
hands <JER47 -3> At the noise of the stamping of the hoofs of his
strong [horses], at the rushing of his chariots, [and at] the
rumbling of his wheels, the fathers shall not look back to
[their]
children for feebleness of {hands};
hands <JER48 -37> For every head [shall be] bald, and every beard
clipped: upon all the {hands} [shall be] cuttings, and upon the
loins sackcloth.
hands <JER50 -43> The king of Babylon hath heard the report of
them,
and his {hands} waxed feeble: anguish took hold of him, [and]
pangs
as of a woman in travail.
hands <LAM1 -14> The yoke of my transgressions is bound by his
hand:
they are wreathed, [and] come up upon my neck: he hath made my
strength to fall, the Lord hath delivered me into [their]
{hands},
[from whom] I am not able to rise up.
hands <LAM1 -17> Zion spreadeth forth her {hands}, [and there is]
none to comfort her: the LORD hath commanded concerning Jacob,
[that] his adversaries [should be] round about him: Jerusalem is
as
a menstruous woman among them.
hands <LAM2 -15> All that pass by clap [their] {hands} at thee;
they
hiss and wag their head at the daughter of Jerusalem, [saying,
Is]
this the city that [men] call The perfection of beauty, The joy
of
the whole earth?
hands <LAM2 -19> Arise, cry out in the night: in the beginning of
the watches pour out thine heart like water before the face of
the
Lord: lift up thy {hands} toward him for the life of thy young
children, that faint for hunger in the top of every street.
hands <LAM3 -41> Let us lift up our heart with [our] {hands} unto
God in the heavens.
hands <LAM3 -64> Render unto them a recompense, O LORD,
according to
the work of their {hands}.
hands <LAM4 -2> The precious sons of Zion, comparable to fine
gold,
how are they esteemed as earthen pitchers, the work of the
{hands}
of the potter!
hands <LAM4 -6> For the punishment of the iniquity of the
daughter
of my people is greater than the punishment of the sin of Sodom,
that was overthrown as in a moment, and no {hands} stayed on her.
hands <LAM4 -10> The {hands} of the pitiful women have sodden
their
own children: they were their meat in the destruction of the
daughter of my people.
hands <EZE1 -8> And [they had] the {hands} of a man under their
wings on their four sides; and they four had their faces and
their
wings.
hands <EZE7 -17> All {hands} shall be feeble, and all knees
shall be
weak [as] water.
hands <EZE7 -21> And I will give it into the {hands} of the
strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for a spoil;
and they shall pollute it.
hands <EZE7 -27> The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be
clothed with desolation, and the {hands} of the people of the
land
shall be troubled: I will do unto them after their way, and
according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know
that I [am] the LORD.
hands <EZE10 -7> And [one] cherub stretched forth his hand from
between the cherubims unto the fire that [was] between the
cherubims, and took [thereof], and put [it] into the {hands} of
[him
that was] clothed with linen: who took [it], and went out.
hands <EZE10 -12> And their whole body, and their backs, and
their
{hands}, and their wings, and the wheels, [were] full of eyes
round
about, [even] the wheels that they four had.
hands <EZE10 -21> Every one had four faces apiece, and every one
four wings; and the likeness of the {hands} of a man [was] under
their wings.
hands <EZE11 -9> And I will bring you out of the midst thereof,
and
deliver you into the {hands} of strangers, and will execute
judgments among you.
hands <EZE13 -22> Because with lies ye have made the heart of the
righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the
{hands} of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked
way, by promising him life:
hands <EZE16 -11> I decked thee also with ornaments, and I put
bracelets upon thy {hands}, and a chain on thy neck.
hands <EZE21 -7> And it shall be, when they say unto thee,
Wherefore
sighest thou? that thou shalt answer, For the tidings; because it
cometh: and every heart shall melt, and all {hands} shall be
feeble,
and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall b
e weak [as] water: behold, it cometh, and shall be brought to
pass,
saith the Lord GOD.
hands <EZE21 -14> Thou therefore, son of man, prophesy, and smite
[thine] {hands} together, and let the sword be doubled the third
time, the sword of the slain: it [is] the sword of the great [men
that are] slain, which entereth into their privy chambers.
hands <EZE21 -17> I will also smite mine {hands} together, and I
will cause my fury to rest: I the LORD have said [it].
hands <EZE22 -14> Can thine heart endure, or can thine {hands} be
strong, in the days that I shall deal with thee? I the LORD have
spoken [it], and will do [it].
hands <EZE23 -37> That they have committed adultery, and blood
[is]
in their {hands}, and with their idols have they committed
adultery,
and have also caused their sons, whom they bare unto me, to pass
for
them through [the fire], to devour [them].
hands <EZE23 -42> And a voice of a multitude being at ease [was]
with her: and with the men of the common sort [were] brought
Sabeans
from the wilderness, which put bracelets upon their {hands}, and
beautiful crowns upon their heads.
hands <EZE23 -45> And the righteous men, they shall judge them
after
the manner of adulteresses, and after the manner of women that
shed
blood; because they [are] adulteresses, and blood [is] in their
{hands}.
hands <EZE25 -6> For thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast
clapped [thine] {hands}, and stamped with the feet, and rejoiced
in
heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel;
hands <DAN2 -34> Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out
without
{hands}, which smote the image upon his feet [that were] of iron
and
clay, and brake them to pieces.
hands <DAN2 -45> Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut
out
of the mountain without {hands}, and that it brake in pieces the
iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great
God
hath made known to the king what shall come to pass he
reafter: and the dream [is] certain, and the interpretation
thereof
sure.
hands <DAN3 -15> Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the
sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and
dulcimer,
and all kinds of music, ye fall down and worship the image which
I
have made; [well]: but if ye worship not, ye shall be c
ast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and
who
[is] that God that shall deliver you out of my {hands}?
hands <DAN10 -10> And, behold, an hand touched me, which set me
upon
my knees and [upon] the palms of my {hands}.
hands <HOS14 -3> Asshur shall not save us; we will not ride upon
horses: neither will we say any more to the work of our {hands},
[Ye
are] our gods: for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.
hands <OBA1 -13> Thou shouldest not have entered into the gate
of my
people in the day of their calamity; yea, thou shouldest not have
looked on their affliction in the day of their calamity, nor have
laid [{hands}] on their substance in the day of their
calamity;
hands <JON3 -8> But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth,
and
cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil
way, and from the violence that [is] in their {hands}.
hands <MIC5 -13> Thy graven images also will I cut off, and thy
standing images out of the midst of thee; and thou shalt no more
worship the work of thine {hands}.
hands <MIC7 -3> That they may do evil with both {hands}
earnestly,
the prince asketh, and the judge [asketh] for a reward; and the
great [man], he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it
up.
hands <NAH3 -19> There is] no healing of thy bruise; thy wound is
grievous: all that hear the bruit of thee shall clap the {hands}
over thee: for upon whom hath not thy wickedness passed
continually?
hands <HAB3 -10> The mountains saw thee, [and] they trembled: the
overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice,
[and] lifted up his {hands} on high.
hands <ZEP3 -16> In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear
thou not: [and to] Zion, Let not thine {hands} be slack.
hands <HAG1 -11> And I called for a drought upon the land, and
upon
the mountains, and upon the corn, and upon the new wine, and upon
the oil, and upon [that] which the ground bringeth forth, and
upon
men, and upon cattle, and upon all the labour of the {
hands}.
hands <HAG2 -14> Then answered Haggai, and said, So [is] this
people, and so [is] this nation before me, saith the LORD; and so
[is] every work of their {hands}; and that which they offer there
[is] unclean.
hands <HAG2 -17> I smote you with blasting and with mildew and
with
hail in all the labours of your {hands}; yet ye [turned] not to
me,
saith the LORD.
hands <ZEC4 -9> The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation
of
this house; his {hands} shall also finish it; and thou shalt know
that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you.
hands <ZEC4 -9> The {hands} of Zerubbabel have laid the
foundation
of this house; his hands shall also finish it; and thou shalt
know
that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you.
hands <ZEC8 -9> Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your {hands} be
strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of
the
prophets, which [were] in the day [that] the foundation of the
house
of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might
be built.
hands <ZEC8 -13> And it shall come to pass, [that] as ye were a
curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel;
so
will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, [but] let
your {hands} be strong.
hands <ZEC13 -6> And [one] shall say unto him, What [are] these
wounds in thine {hands}? Then he shall answer, [Those] with
which I
was wounded [in] the house of my friends.
hands <MAT4 -6> And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God,
cast
thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge
concerning thee: and in [their] {hands} they shall bear thee up,
lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
hands <MAT15 -2> Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of
the elders? for they wash not their {hands} when they eat bread.
hands <MAT15 -20> These are [the things] which defile a man: but
to
eat with unwashen {hands} defileth not a man.
hands <MAT17 -22> And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said
unto
them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the {hands} of men:
hands <MAT18 -8> Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee,
cut
them off, and cast [them] from thee: it is better for thee to
enter
into life halt or maimed, rather than having two {hands} or two
feet
to be cast into everlasting fire.
hands <MAT18 -28> But the same servant went out, and found one of
his fellowservants, which owed him an hundred pence: and he laid
{hands} on him, and took [him] by the throat, saying, Pay me that
thou owest.
hands <MAT19 -13> Then were there brought unto him little
children,
that he should put [his] {hands} on them, and pray: and the
disciples rebuked them.
hands <MAT19 -15> And he laid [his] {hands} on them, and departed
thence.
hands <MAT21 -46> But when they sought to lay {hands} on him,
they
feared the multitude, because they took him for a prophet.
hands <MAT26 -45> Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto
them, Sleep on now, and take [your] rest: behold, the hour is at
hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the {hands} of sinners.
hands <MAT26 -50> And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art
thou come? Then came they, and laid {hands} on Jesus, and took
him.
hands <MAT26 -67> Then did they spit in his face, and buffeted
him;
and others smote [him] with the palms of their {hands},
hands <MAT27 -24> When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing,
but
[that] rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed [his]
{hands} before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood
of
this just person: see ye [to it].
hands <MAR5 -23> And besought him greatly, saying, My little
daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee], come and lay
thy
{hands} on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.
hands <MAR6 -2> And when the sabbath day was come, he began to
teach
in the synagogue: and many hearing him] were astonished, saying,
From whence hath this man] these things? and what wisdom is] this
which is given unto him, that even such mighty works ar
e wrought by his {hands}?
hands <MAR6 -5> And he could there do no mighty work, save that
he
laid his {hands} upon a few sick folk, and healed them].
hands <MAR7 -2> And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread
with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, {hands}, they found
fault.
hands <MAR7 -3> For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they
wash their] {hands} oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the
elders.
hands <MAR7 -5> Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why
walk
not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but
eat
bread with unwashen {hands}?
hands <MAR8 -23> And he took the blind man by the hand, and led
him
out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his
{hands} upon him, he asked him if he saw ought.
hands <MAR8 -25> After that he put his] {hands} again upon his
eyes,
and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man
clearly.
hands <MAR9 -31> For he taught his disciples, and said unto them,
The Son of man is delivered into the {hands} of men, and they
shall
kill him; and after that he is killed, he shall rise the third
day.
hands <MAR9 -43> And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is
better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two
{hands}
to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:
hands <MAR10 -16> And he took them up in his arms, put his]
{hands}
upon them, and blessed them.
hands <MAR14 -41> And he cometh the third time, and saith unto
them,
Sleep on now, and take your] rest: it is enough, the hour is
come;
behold, the Son of man is betrayed into the {hands} of sinners.
hands <MAR14 -46> And they laid their {hands} on him, and took
him.
hands <MAR14 -58> We heard him say, I will destroy this temple
that
is made with {hands}, and within three days I will build another
made without hands.
hands <MAR14 -58> We heard him say, I will destroy this temple
that
is made with hands, and within three days I will build another
made
without {hands}.
hands <MAR14 -65> And some began to spit on him, and to cover his
face, and to buffet him, and to say unto him, Prophesy: and the
servants did strike him with the palms of their {hands}.
hands <MAR16 -18> They shall take up serpents; and if they drink
any
deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay {hands} on
the
sick, and they shall recover.
hands <LUK4 -11> And in their] {hands} they shall bear thee up,
lest
at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
hands <LUK4 -40> Now when the sun was setting, all they that had
any
sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his
{hands} on every one of them, and healed them.
hands <LUK6 -1> And it came to pass on the second sabbath after
the
first, that he went through the corn fields; and his disciples
plucked the ears of corn, and did eat, rubbing them] in their]
{hands}.
hands <LUK9 -44> Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for
the
Son of man shall be delivered into the {hands} of men.
hands <LUK13 -13> And he laid his] {hands} on her: and
immediately
she was made straight, and glorified God.
hands <LUK20 -19> And the chief priests and the scribes the same
hour sought to lay {hands} on him; and they feared the people:
for
they perceived that he had spoken this parable against them.
hands <LUK21 -12> But before all these, they shall lay their
{hands}
on you, and persecute you], delivering you] up to the synagogues,
and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my
name's sake.
hands <LUK22 -53> When I was daily with you in the temple, ye
stretched forth no {hands} against me: but this is your hour, and
the power of darkness.
hands <LUK23 -46> And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he
said, Father, into thy {hands} I commend my spirit: and having
said
thus, he gave up the ghost.
hands <LUK24 -7> Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into
the
{hands} of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise
again.
hands <LUK24 -39> Behold my {hands} and my feet, that it is I
myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and
bones,
as ye see me have.
hands <LUK24 -40> And when he had thus spoken, he showed them
his]
{hands} and his] feet.
hands <LUK24 -50> And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and
he
lifted up his {hands}, and blessed them.
hands <JOH7 -30> Then they sought to take him: but no man laid
{hands} on him, because his hour was not yet come.
hands <JOH7 -44> And some of them would have taken him; but no
man
laid {hands} on him.
hands <JOH8 -20> These words spake Jesus in the treasury, as he
taught in the temple: and no man laid {hands} on him; for his
hour
was not yet come.
hands <JOH13 -3> Jesus knowing that the Father had given all
things
into his {hands}, and that he was come from God, and went to God;
hands <JOH13 -9> Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet
only,
but also my] {hands} and my] head.
hands <JOH19 -3> And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote
him with their {hands}.
hands <JOH20 -20> And when he had so said, he showed unto them
his]
{hands} and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw
the Lord.
hands <JOH20 -25> The other disciples therefore said unto him, We
have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in
his
{hands} the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print
of
the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will
not believe.
hands <JOH20 -27> Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy
finger,
and behold my {hands}; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it]
into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
hands <JOH21 -18> Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast
young, thou girdedst thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest:
but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy {hands},
and another shall gird thee, and carry thee] whither thou
wouldest not.
hands <ACT2 -23> Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel
and
foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked {hands} have
crucified and slain:
hands <ACT4 -3> And they laid {hands} on them, and put them] in
hold
unto the next day: for it was now eventide.
hands <ACT5 -12> And by the {hands} of the apostles were many
signs
and wonders wrought among the people; and they were all with one
accord in Solomon's porch.
hands <ACT5 -18> And laid their {hands} on the apostles, and put
them in the common prison.
hands <ACT6 -6> Whom they set before the apostles: and when they
had
prayed, they laid their] {hands} on them.
hands <ACT7 -41> And they made a calf in those days, and offered
sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own
{hands}.
hands <ACT7 -48> Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples
made
with {hands}; as saith the prophet,
hands <ACT8 -17> Then laid they their] {hands} on them, and they
received the Holy Ghost.
hands <ACT8 -18> And when Simon saw that through laying on of the
apostles' {hands} the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them
money,
hands <ACT8 -19> Saying, Give me also this power, that on
whomsoever
I lay {hands}, he may receive the Holy Ghost.
hands <ACT9 -17> And Ananias went his way, and entered into the
house; and putting his {hands} on him said, Brother Saul, the
Lord,
even] Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest,
hath
sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be
filled with the Holy Ghost.
hands <ACT11 -30> Which also they did, and sent it to the elders
by
the {hands} of Barnabas and Saul.
hands <ACT12 -1> Now about that time Herod the king stretched
forth
his] {hands} to vex certain of the church.
hands <ACT12 -7> And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon
him],
and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side,
and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell
off
from his] {hands}.
hands <ACT13 -3> And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid
their] {hands} on them, they sent them] away.
hands <ACT14 -3> Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly
in
the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and
granted signs and wonders to be done by their {hands}.
hands <ACT17 -24> God that made the world and all things therein,
seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in
temples
made with {hands};
hands <ACT17 -25> Neither is worshipped with men's {hands}, as
though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and
breath, and all things;
hands <ACT19 -6> And when Paul had laid his] {hands} upon them,
the
Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and
prophesied.
hands <ACT19 -11> And God wrought special miracles by the
{hands} of
Paul:
hands <ACT19 -26> Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at
Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded
and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which
are
made with {hands}:
hands <ACT20 -34> Yea, ye yourselves know, that these {hands}
have
ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me.
hands <ACT21 -11> And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's
girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith
the
Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that
owneth
this girdle, and shall deliver him] into the {hands} of t
he Gentiles.
hands <ACT21 -11> And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's
girdle, and bound his own {hands} and feet, and said, Thus saith
the
Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that
owneth
this girdle, and shall deliver him] into the hands of t
he Gentiles.
hands <ACT21 -27> And when the seven days were almost ended, the
Jews which were of Asia, when they saw him in the temple,
stirred up
all the people, and laid {hands} on him,
hands <ACT24 -7> But the chief captain Lysias came upon us], and
with great violence took him] away out of our {hands},
hands <ACT27 -19> And the third day] we cast out with our own
{hands} the tackling of the ship.
hands <ACT28 -8> And it came to pass, that the father of Publius
lay
sick of a fever and of a bloody flux: to whom Paul entered in,
and
prayed, and laid his {hands} on him, and healed him.
hands <ACT28 -17> And it came to pass, that after three days Paul
called the chief of the Jews together: and when they were come
together, he said unto them, Men and] brethren, though I have
committed nothing against the people, or customs of our fathers,
yet was I delivered prisoner from Jerusalem into the {hands} of
the
Romans.
hands <ROM10 -21> But to Israel he saith, All day long I have
stretched forth my {hands} unto a disobedient and gainsaying
people.
hands <1CO4 -12> And labour, working with our own {hands}: being
reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it:
hands <2CO5 -1> For we know that if our earthly house of this]
tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house
not
made with {hands}, eternal in the heavens.
hands <2CO11 -33> And through a window in a basket was I let
down by
the wall, and escaped his {hands}.
hands <GAL2 -9> And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to
be
pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave
to me
and Barnabas the right {hands} of fellowship; that we should go]
unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.
hands <EPH2 -11> Wherefore remember, that ye being] in time past
Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that
which
is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by {hands};
hands <EPH4 -28> Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let
him labour, working with his] {hands} the thing which is good,
that
he may have to give to him that needeth.
hands <COL2 -11> In whom also ye are circumcised with the
circumcision made without {hands}, in putting off the body of the
sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
hands <1TH4 -11> And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your
own
business, and to work with your own {hands}, as we commanded you;
hands <1TI2 -8> I will therefore that men pray every where,
lifting
up holy {hands}, without wrath and doubting.
hands <1TI4 -14> Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was
given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the {hands} of the
presbytery.
hands <1TI5 -22> Lay {hands} suddenly on no man, neither be
partaker
of other men's sins: keep thyself pure.
hands <2TI1 -6> Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou
stir
up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my
{hands}.
hands <HEB1 -10> And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the
foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine
{hands}:
hands <HEB2 -7> Thou madest him a little lower than the angels;
thou
crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the
works of thy {hands}:
hands <HEB6 -2> Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of
{hands}, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal
judgment.
hands <HEB9 -11> But Christ being come an high priest of good
things
to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with
{hands}, that is to say, not of this building;
hands <HEB9 -24> For Christ is not entered into the holy places
made
with {hands}, which are] the figures of the true; but into heaven
itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:
hands <HEB10 -31> It is] a fearful thing to fall into the
{hands} of
the living God.
hands <HEB12 -12> Wherefore lift up the {hands} which hang down,
and
the feeble knees;
hands <JAM4 -8> Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.
Cleanse your] {hands}, ye] sinners; and purify your] hearts, ye]
double minded.
hands <1JO1 -1> That which was from the beginning, which we have
heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked
upon,
and our {hands} have handled, of the Word of life;
hands <REV7 -9> After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude,
which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and
people,
and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb,
clothed
with white robes, and palms in their {hands};
hands <REV9 -20> And the rest of the men which were not killed by
these plagues yet repented not of the works of their {hands},
that
they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver,
and
brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, n
or hear, nor walk:
hands <REV20 -4> And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and
judgment was given unto them: and I saw] the souls of them that
were
beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and
which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, nei
ther had received his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their
{hands}; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
